• Managing the Instagram account
• Responding to WhatsApp customer enquiries
• Resolving order and customer issues
• Following up with customers
• Creating Instagram and TikTok content
• Writing captions and supporting campaigns
• Helping drive sales

• Excellent written English.
• Good communication skills.
• Comfortable with Canva and social media.
• Able to show that you actually understand digital marketing (content, customers, positioning, campaigns and how all of these can ultimately help a business sell).
