Job Description

A Lekki-based real estate firm is seeking a customer-focused Customer Relations Officer to manage client interactions, handle inquiries and complaints, and ensure excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
  • Build and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Provide accurate information about company products and services.
  • Maintain proper records of customer interactions.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.

Required Skills

  • OND/HND/BSc in a related field.
  • 1–2 years experience in customer service or customer relations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office/CRM tools.
