• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional assistance.
• Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable phone cases and accessories.
• Provide accurate information about products, prices and availability.
• Process customer orders and assist with sales transactions.
• Respond to customer enquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Maintain an attractive and well-organised product display.
• Follow up with customers when necessary and support customer retention.

• Minimum of SSCE; OND/NCE or higher is an added advantage.
