A fashion retail company in Lagos is seeking a Customer Sales Representative to support the sales team, attend to walk-in customers, and maintain accurate sales records.

• Support in attending to customers at the retail stores in a polite and professional manner.
• Assist with sales and marketing tracking/reporting.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to improve business operations and efficiency.

• Minimum of OND, HND, or BSc in Business Administration or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales and customer service in value chain distribution and marketing (preferably in the retail industry).
• Age bracket: 22 to 29 years.
• Computer literacy (especially Microsoft Excel) is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
