Job Description

We are recruiting a highly organized, detail-oriented Customer Service Executive to support the day-to-day operations of a growing fashion brand.
This role combines customer support, order coordination, and light virtual assistance to the founder. It is ideal for someone who is smart, proactive, calm under pressure, and excellent at communication.

Industry: Fashion / Clothing
Work Mode: Hybrid Lekki (2–3 days weekly at production factory)

Key Responsibilities

- Receive and respond to customer inquiries and orders via social media platforms
- Properly document orders and pass them on to the production manager
- Track orders from confirmation through production to delivery
- Follow up with clients during and after order fulfillment to ensure satisfaction
- Manage the brand owner’s schedule, reminders, and daily to-dos
- Follow up on pending tasks, conversations, and decisions
- Ensure nothing slips through the cracks by setting reminders and tracking action points⁠
- Be physically present at the production factory 2–3 times weekly to monitor order progress and resolve issues promptly

Required Skills

- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Strong follow-up skills and a reliable reminder system
- Very good memory and attention to detail
- Calm, composed, and professional under pressure
- Smart, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks at once
- Strong people and client management skills
- Good understanding of communication tones (customer-facing professionalism)
- Proficient with Notion and major social media platforms
- Experience and education in customer support, assisting roles, or the fashion/clothing industry is an advantage
