Job Description

A proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Officer is needed to manage customer interactions across phone, email, social media, and in-store inquiries. The role involves handling orders, resolving complaints, and delivering a seamless end-to-end customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage customer inquiries across phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media platforms
· Accurately process, confirm, and track customer orders
· Handle customer complaints and ensure timely and effective resolution
· Maintain accurate customer records and order documentation
· Upsell products and promote current offerings to customers
· Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
· Deliver a consistent, professional, and positive customer experience across all touchpoints

Required Skills

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
· 2 to 4 years of customer service experience (hospitality experience is an advantage)
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Familiarity with CRM tools and social media platforms
· Good organizational and multitasking abilities
· Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
