• Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
• Processing orders and managing customer transactions
• Supporting upselling and promotional activities

• HND or Degree in Mass Communication, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field
• 1–2 years’ experience in customer service or sales
• Preferably residing in the Gwarinpa–Kado area
• Female candidates only
