• Patient reception and registration (EMR)
• Appointment booking and follow-up
• Insurance confirmation and billing (HMO/Private)
• Handling inbound and outbound calls
• Managing patient records

• 0–2 years work experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Healthcare experience is an added advantage
