Key Responsibilities

Required Skills

- OND/NCE/B.Sc in a related field (Customer Service, Business Administration, Marketing, etc.)
- Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, etc.)
