A vibrant fashion house in Lekki is looking for a smart, friendly, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to manage client interactions and ensure an excellent customer experience from order placement to delivery. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Lekki, Lagos. Proximity to Lekki is preferred.

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Salary: ₦150,000 Monthly
Work Mode: On-site (Monday-Saturday)

· Attend to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, Instagram, and walk-in clients
· Provide accurate information about products, pricing, fittings, and delivery timelines
· Process and track customer orders
· Follow up with customers regarding measurements, fittings, and order status
· Resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly
· Maintain proper records of customer interactions and orders
· Support the sales and production teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
· Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business

· Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in any relevant field
· 1–2 years' experience in customer service, preferably in fashion or retail
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
· Good knowledge of WhatsApp Business, Instagram, and basic computer use
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
