Voltrise Solar & Technologies is on a mission to make clean, reliable and affordable solar energy accessible to more homes and businesses. We're looking for a motivated and friendly customer service representative to join our team and help us connect with potential customers.

• Make Calls to Prospects: Reach out to potential customers, introduce our solar solutions and answer basic questions.
• Handle Inquiries & Provide Support: Respond to customer questions, share product information and address concerns.
• Update the Lead Tracker: Record call outcomes, follow-ups and customer details accurately using Google Workspace tools.
• Work with the Team: Collaborate with the lead generation intern and support the sales process by ensuring prospects are well informed and ready for the next step.

• Laptop (mandatory)
• Good network (stable internet)
• Basic knowledge of Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Drive, Google Calendar, etc.)
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
