Airvy Atelier is seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organised Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for customers, managing enquiries across multiple channels and converting interest into long-term client relationships.

• Respond promptly to enquiries via WhatsApp, email, and phone.
• Manage conversations from first contact through to conversion.
• Create, issue, and follow up on invoices.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Resolve complaints efficiently, escalating where necessary.
• Work closely with sales and operations teams.

• OND/HND/Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 1-3 years' experience in customer service or sales support.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with WhatsApp Business, email, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
• Reliable, punctual, able to commute to Ikeja, Lagos.
