Anthrop Management Limited is recruiting on behalf of its client, a reputable organisation seeking customer-focused and professional individuals to join its customer service team. The client operates in a call centre environment.

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries and provide accurate information.
• Listen carefully to customers and assist in resolving their complaints or concerns.
• Maintain a courteous and professional approach during every customer interaction.
• Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate internal teams.
• Record customer interactions and update relevant information accurately.
• Support the delivery of a positive customer experience.

• Minimum of an OND, NCE or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in a call centre, customer service or BPO environment is an advantage.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and professional when handling difficult customers.
• Candidates should reside within or close to Ilupeju/Ikeja, Lagos.
• Candidates must be available to work on-site from Monday to Friday.
• Candidates must be available to resume with a training session on Monday, September 21, 2026.
