Box Office & Cash Handling

• Sell box office tickets and respond to queries, reservations, and sales
• Monitor and maintain cash flow, ensuring there are no shortages

Guest Experience

• Guide guests to entrance and exit points within the cinema
• Monitor and maintain guest flow, ensuring no obstructions to the cinematic experience
• Contribute to increasing concession revenues

Operations & Training

• Participate in briefings and other meetings as requested by the cinema manager
• Attend and participate in training sessions as required by managers and HR
• Arrange and clean designated areas

• ND (National Diploma), HND (Higher National Diploma), BSc/BSE (Bachelor's Degree), Diploma, NCE, or SSCE
• Candidates must be between 19 and 26 years old
