The business manages customer enquiries across digital and phone channels, converting leads into sales and ensuring reliable order fulfilment. • Manage enquiries across WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Phone and Website.
• Convert enquiries to sales via upselling and cross-selling.
• Process orders, follow up with prospects and existing customers.
• Handle complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Liaise with internal teams for smooth order fulfillment.

• OND/HND/BSc in any discipline.
• Experience in Customer Service, Retail Sales or E-commerce.
• Must live close to Surulere.
• Familiarity with WhatsApp Business and Instagram.
• Strong sales, communication and computer skills.
• Work Schedule: Mon–Fri: 8am–7pm; Sat: 8am–4pm.
