The Customer Service Representative will provide excellent customer support, respond to enquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a seamless customer experience across multiple communication channels.

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone calls, emails, social media, and walk-in visits
• Provide accurate information about the company’s products and services
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally
• Process customer requests and maintain accurate customer records
• Follow up on customer enquiries to ensure complete satisfaction
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers at all times
• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure excellent service delivery

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in any discipline
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Customer Service or a similar role
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Strong customer relationship management skills
• Target-driven with the ability to achieve sales objectives
• Good computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications
• Must reside in or around Ikeja, Ogba, Maryland, Oregun, Ojodu, Alausa, Magodo, Agege, or nearby locations
