Salsam Technologies is a company focused on vehicle tracking and fleet management solutions, seeking a Customer Service Representative to grow its customer base within assigned territories.

• Identify and approach potential customers, including corporate fleet owners, logistics firms, and individual vehicle owners.
• Demonstrate tracking devices, dashcams, and fleet solutions to prospective clients.
• Prepare and issue quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales.
• Follow up on leads generated through referrals, marketing, and walk-ins.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage renewals and repeat business.
• Provide feedback to management on customer needs and market trends.
• Represent the company at exhibitions and client meetings as required.
• Keep accurate records of sales activities and submit periodic reports.

• Minimum of OND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years' sales experience (experience in tracking, security, or automobile sales is an advantage).
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Target-driven with a confident, professional appearance.
• Tech-savvy with knowledge of digital media/online platforms, GPS solutions, and emerging technologies are added advantages.
• Must be resident in or around Amuwo-Odofin/Festac and environs.
