A lingerie store located close to Lagos Business School Area, Ajah, Lagos Island, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage customer enquiries, orders, logistics coordination, and social media content.

• Monitor and respond promptly to customer enquiries, instore and online across social media & Website.
• Provide customers with accurate information on products, sizes, colours, availability, pricing, and delivery timelines.
• Assist customers with product selection and sizing where required.
• Follow up with customers who have made enquiries but have not completed their purchases.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
• Maintain a friendly, professional, and consistent brand voice across all customer interactions.
• Escalate complex customer issues to the Business Owner when necessary.
• Attend to customers when they walk in to the store.
• Ensure payments are received and confirmed before customer leaves the store or any order is dispatched.
• Receive and process orders from the website and social media platforms.
• Confirm customer orders, payment status, delivery details, and product availability before dispatch.
• Accurately record and update orders on the store's order management system or tracking sheet.
• Prepare orders for dispatch, ensuring products are correctly selected, packaged, and labelled.
• Monitor order status from confirmation through to successful delivery.
• Follow up on pending, delayed, failed, or returned orders.
• Coordinate daily order dispatches with riders, courier companies, and logistics partners.
• Schedule pickups and deliveries and ensure orders are dispatched within the agreed timeframe.
• Provide customers with delivery updates and tracking information where applicable.
• Monitor deliveries and proactively follow up on delayed or unsuccessful deliveries.
• Maintain accurate records of dispatched, delivered, cancelled, and returned orders.
• Coordinate returns and exchanges in accordance with the company's policies.
• Build and maintain good working relationships with reliable logistics providers.
• Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
• Develop content ideas around products, new arrivals, promotions, customer education, styling, and brand awareness.
• Take and edit product photos and short-form videos where required.
• Create and publish reels, stories, posts, and other social media content according to the content calendar.
• Maintain a consistent visual identity and tone across all platforms.
