• Handle customer enquiries, reservations, and delivery lines.
• Attend to guests professionally and courteously.
• Handle customer requests, feedback, and complaints.
• Provide information on menus, services, and promotions.
• Support the Front-of-House team when required.

• Male candidates only.
• Minimum of OND.
• Customer service/hospitality experience is an advantage.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, reliable, and able to work under pressure.
• Basic computer/WhatsApp knowledge.
• Applicants living close to Victoria Island are preferred.
