A client in Okota, Lagos, is seeking a customer-focused, organised, and proactive Customer Service Representative to support customers, drive sales, and assist with daily store operations.

• Attend to customers and drive in-store sales.
• Handle customer enquiries professionally.
• Process, pack, and dispatch customer orders.
• Process payments and reconcile daily sales.
• Maintain accurate sales, order, and inventory records.
• Receive, arrange, and monitor stock.
• Conduct stock counts and report discrepancies.
• Prepare basic sales and inventory reports.
• Keep the store clean and well organised.

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, retail, or a related role.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable using POS and inventory software.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Honest, reliable, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be available to work Monday – Saturday.
