- Minimum 2-3 years proven experience in customer service, order processing, or a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with WhatsApp Business, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple customer conversations simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.

- Initial response to all inquiries within 10 minutes during working hours.
- Order and invoice processing accuracy.
