The Customer Service Representative will serve as the first point of contact between the brand and its customers, responding to inquiries, processing orders, coordinating fulfilment, and resolving complaints to shape how people feel about the brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, social media, and other channels.
  • Provide accurate information on products, pricing, promotions, and delivery schedules.
  • Receive, process, and document customer orders accurately.
  • Generate invoices and confirm customer payments.
  • Coordinate order fulfilment with the operations team.
  • Follow up on deliveries and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Maintain accurate customer and order records.
  • Prepare daily and weekly customer service reports.
  • Track recurring complaints and trends for improvement.

Required Skills

  • Age 28 years and above.
  • Minimum 2-3 years proven experience in customer service, order processing, or a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with WhatsApp Business, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple customer conversations simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.

  • Initial response to all inquiries within 10 minutes during working hours.
  • Order and invoice processing accuracy.
  • Customer satisfaction and retention rate.
  • Complaint resolution rate.
