Seeking a Customer Service Representative (NYSC Corper preferred) to handle customer inquiries, manage social media interactions, and deliver professional customer-centric support.

• Job Location: Yaba, Lagos
• Salary: ₦75,000

• Other relevant details: Serving NYSC Corper strongly preferred. Ability to resume immediately. Candidates must be available for a physical interview this Friday.

Work Schedule (Rotational Shift)

• 4 Days On / 2 Days Off
• 2 Days: Morning Shift (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
• 2 Days: Night Shift (5:00 PM – 8:00 AM)
• 2 Days Off
• Minimum of 2 team members per shift

• Manage customer interactions via phone and social media platforms
• Respond to messages, comments, and requests in a timely manner
• Deliver professional and customer-centric support at all times

• Serving NYSC Corper (strongly preferred)
• Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills
• Strong social media proficiency (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business, X/Twitter)
• Ability to respond to DMs, comments, and online inquiries promptly and professionally
• Basic content posting and social media page management skills
• Good appearance and presentation
• Ability to resume immediately
• Graphics design skills (Canva or CorelDRAW) is a strong advantage
