- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Tech-savvy with ability to quickly learn new tools and systems
- Proven customer service experience (minimum 1-2 years, e-commerce or online retail customer service is an advantage)
- Reliable internet connection and personal smartphone/computer
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends
Remuneration
- Competitive monthly salary (to be discussed based on experience)
- Internet subscription provided separately from salary
