We are looking for a friendly and sales-driven Customer Service & Sales Representative to join our team in Lagos. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for walk-in customers, assisting them with inquiries and promoting our range of lease, rental, and buy-now packages.

• Job Location: Lagos, Nigeria
• Salary: ₦350,000 Gross Monthly
• Benefits: Pension, HMO, Leave Bonus, 13th Month Salary

• Greet and assist walk-in customers, answering questions about our vehicles and services.
• Explain and promote lease, rental, and buy-now packages to customers.
• Process customer inquiries and requests efficiently.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to resolve customer issues.
• Maintain product knowledge and stay up-to-date on market trends.

• OND/HND or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 1+ year of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the auto industry.
• Customer-focused with a passion for sales.
