• Manage multi-channel enquiries (WhatsApp, Instagram, phone) and actively upsell to convert prospects into buyers.
• Process customer orders accurately, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely delivery updates.
• Conduct post-sales follow-ups, handle feedback professionally, and re-engage existing customers to secure repeat sales.
• Maintain clear customer records and generate daily/weekly performance reports.

• Minimum of an OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree.
• Proven track record in customer service, retail sales, or e-commerce (digital/social media selling is a major plus).
• Must live in or have very close proximity to Surulere, Lagos.
• Exceptional closing and communication skills, strong computer literacy, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Work Schedule: Mon–Fri (8:00 AM – 7:00 PM), Sat (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM).
