Job Title: Customer Service Specialist / Customer Concierge Representative
Location: 100% Remote
Employment Type: Full-time, Long-term (40 hours per week)
Shift Options: Mornings, evenings, or weekends available
Compensation: $1,200/month USD salary + bonuses (pay raise available after a few months)

• Answer customer tickets in Zendesk (full training provided)
• Make every customer feel taken care of with exceptional service
• All software and tools provided

• Flawless written English (10/10)
• Reliable internet connection
• Genuinely cares about making customers feel valued
• Zendesk or Shopify experience is a strong plus but not required
