Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey with us? Do you have good analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset? Join us for 1 year as a FUCAP Customer Strategy and Planning (CSP) intern.

  • Job Location: Lagos state
  • Salary: ₦90,000 monthly Gross Stipend
  • Employment Type: Internship (1 year)
  • Working hours: 8am – 5pm (Mondays – Fridays)

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the team in reviewing market trends and shopper behaviour to help identify growth opportunities for the category
  • Assist in preparing category review presentations and growth summary reports
  • Help track category performance such as sales volume, revenue, pricing, and promotions
  • Support the preparation of weekly and monthly performance reports
  • Assist in developing and supporting channel activities that meet shopper and customer needs
  • Help prepare and update category documents, including innovation support materials and selling stories
  • Support demand and supply tracking by updating reports and trackers
  • Assist in managing Point-of-Sale Materials (POSM) by tracking production, delivery, and deployment
  • Work closely with shopper marketing teams and agencies to ensure POSM activities are completed on time
  • Support category and CSP events and initiatives from planning to execution
  • Help monitor, track, and report on category activities and projects

Required Skills

  • Must be serving or completed NYSC
  • Strong data analytical skills with the ability to interpret and track operational metrics
  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation and reporting abilities
  • Project Management skills
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), coordination, and teamwork skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to multitask and follow through on assigned action items
  • Available to work full-time for the duration of 1 year
