Key Responsibilities

1. User Research & Product Positioning

  • Conduct user interviews and facilitate focus groups
  • Validate messaging and product positioning
  • Gather qualitative insights to improve adoption

2. Customer Success & Executive Support

  • Onboard new users
  • Support active customers across multiple products
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact

3. User Education & Retention

  • Create educational materials (video and written)
  • Drive product adoption and engagement
  • Support retention initiatives

4. Reporting & Feedback Loops

  • Translate raw user data into structured insights
  • Prepare weekly reports for product and engineering teams
  • Maintain strong internal communication loops

Required Skills

  • Background in product management, customer success, marketing, communications, UX research, or related field
  • Demonstrable experience in user research or customer success roles
  • Familiarity with SaaS or digital platforms
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (product & engineering)
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and CRM/support tools

Skills & Preferred Attributes

  • Advanced user research capability (interviews, empathy mapping, qualitative research)
  • Strong copywriting skills for web, email, and social platforms
  • Confident verbal communicator
  • Ability to create and promote educational content
  • Highly organised and comfortable handling multiple products (6+ simultaneously)
  • Skilled at converting feedback into actionable insights
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments
  • Professional and discreet in high-trust interactions
