Job Description

Reports to
Head of Operations

You will onboard new clients to the AI Recruiter and ensure they are fully live within 48 hours. You provide the human layer that powers a smooth adoption experience by delivering training, answering early questions, and understanding each client’s unique needs. You collaborate with operations, product, and tech to ensure fast value delivery and the highest level of human support throughout their use of our automated turnkey solutions.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a 15 to 30 minutes onboarding session for each new client
     
  • Create workspaces and configure hiring workflows
     
  • Train HR teams on AI interviews, scoring, and dashboards
     
  • Support clients during their first 30 to 60 days
     
  • Share feature requests and issues with the tech team
     
  • Track onboarding progress, usage, and client activation
     
  • Assist with agreement and payment follow-ups

Required Skills

  • 2 to 5 years experience in customer success, onboarding, or HR operations
     
  • Strong English communication for CEO and HR-level calls
     
  • Experience using HR or ATS tools such as Workable or Lever
     
  • Organised with excellent follow-up discipline

  • Experience in recruitment or staffing
     
  • Comfort on video and screen share
