Job Description

Department: Customer Success/Client Services
Reporting To: Chief Operating Officer
Employment Type: Full-time

Experience: 2 - 4 years

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboard new customers and ensure smooth adoption
  • Serve as trusted advisor to assigned customer portfolio
  • Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address issues
  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews
  • Identify opportunities for account expansion and renewals
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams
  • Gather customer feedback and advocate for improvements
  • Track and report on customer success KPIs
  • Reduce churn and increase customer lifetime value

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field
  • 2-4 years in customer success, account management, or related role
  • Strong customer-centric mindset
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to understand technical products/services
  • Data analysis skills for tracking customer health
  • Experience with customer success platforms (Gainsight, ChurnZero, etc.)
  • Proactive and consultative approach

Preferred Skills:

  • SaaS or tech industry experience
  • Experience with upselling/cross-selling
  • Training or facilitation experience
