Job Description

The Customer Support Associate will provide frontline customer support, assist customers with basic inquiries, and escalate issues appropriately while learning IMTO operations and service processes. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone
  • Support customers with transaction tracking and basic payment issues
  • Escalate complex cases to senior team members when required
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Learn and comply with IMTO policies, procedures, and service standards

Required Skills

  • 0–1 year experience (fresh graduates welcome)
  • Basic understanding or strong interest in payments, fintech, or IMTO services
  • Good communication skills and customer-first mindset
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a regulated environment
  • Attention to detail and professionalism
