Herconomy is looking for a Customer Support Intern to join its team and help provide an excellent experience for customers. The intern will support customers with their questions, concerns, and requests while ensuring that issues are handled promptly and professionally.

• Responding to customer enquiries across our support channels.
• Assisting customers with product and service-related questions.
• Resolving customer complaints and escalating complex issues when necessary.
• Following up with customers to ensure their issues are properly resolved.
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
• Supporting the Customer Support team with daily activities and reports.
• Contributing to a positive and helpful customer experience.

• A recent graduate or someone currently completing NYSC.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient, empathetic, and customer-focused.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Comfortable using digital tools and platforms.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
