- Bachelor's Degree or HND in a relevant discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service or customer support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal abilities.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Shopify, CRM systems, or similar platforms is an added advantage.
