Sense World is a fashion company based in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos, focused on delivering quality products and exceptional customer experiences. The organization is looking for a Customer Support & Operations Intern to join its team.

• Respond to customer enquiries through designated communication channels in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist customers with questions, requests, complaints, and general support needs.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues or requests are properly resolved.
• Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate team or supervisor when necessary.
• Assist with monitoring and coordinating daily operational activities.
• Assist with preparing reports and tracking customer support and operational activities.
• Identify recurring customer issues and bring them to the attention of the relevant team.
• Assist with inventory tracking, stock counts, and reporting of discrepancies or damaged items.
• Support basic quality control checks to ensure products/orders meet required standards.
• Assist with general administrative and operational tasks as required.

• Must be an NYSC member or recent graduate available for an internship.
• Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration, Management, Social Sciences, Communication, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-focused with a patient and professional approach.
• Willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Must be able to work from Lekki Phase 1, Lagos on a hybrid basis.
