Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally
• Provide accurate information on products, services, policies, and procedures
• Resolve customer complaints and assist with troubleshooting issues
• Log customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the CRM system
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
• Follow company policies, call scripts, and quality assurance standards
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and confidentiality regulations
• Meet performance targets, including call handling time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer support or a related role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
• Punctual, trustworthy, and reliable Information 
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Fast learner with a positive attitude
