Job Description

The Customer Support / Sales Onboarding Agent will engage customers at the point of sale, onboard them onto purchased products, educate customers on product features and usage, resolve basic inquiries, and meet onboarding and productivity targets.

  • Job Location: Maryland, Lagos (Must reside in Maryland or nearby environs)
  • Employment Type: Full-Time (Onsite)
  • Work Schedule: 24/7 operation (Rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays)
  • Salary: ₦100,000 Net per month

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage customers via calls or other approved channels.
  • Educate customers on purchased products and guide them through onboarding.
  • Clearly explain product features, benefits, and usage.
  • Resolve basic customer inquiries and escalate complex issues appropriately.
  • Ensure accurate capture and documentation of customer information.
  • Meet daily and weekly onboarding, quality, and productivity targets.
  • Adhere strictly to call scripts, onboarding procedures, and compliance guidelines.
  • Deliver a professional and positive customer experience at all times.
  • Work collaboratively with Team Leads and QA to improve performance and service quality.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc. qualification.
  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, or sales is an added advantage.
  • Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Quick to learn new products and processes.
  • Customer-focused mindset.
  • Strong typing skills with high speed and accuracy.
  • Fluency in English and any other local language (Hausa, Igbo, or Yoruba) is an added advantage.
  • Basic computer literacy and ability to use CRM or call systems.
  • Ability to work 24-hour rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Must reside in Maryland, Lagos, or nearby environs.
