- Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc. qualification.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or sales is an added advantage.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Quick to learn new products and processes.
- Customer-focused mindset.
- Strong typing skills with high speed and accuracy.
- Fluency in English and any other local language (Hausa, Igbo, or Yoruba) is an added advantage.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use CRM or call systems.
- Ability to work 24-hour rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Must reside in Maryland, Lagos, or nearby environs.
