Job Description

Star Plus Batteries is looking for a motivated and energetic Customer Support Trainee to join their team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to gain practical experience, develop professional skills, and understand the day-to-day operations of a growing organization. The successful candidate will assist the customer support and operations team, participate in company projects, and contribute to delivering excellent customer service while gaining hands-on industry exposure. 

  • Location: Lagos, Nigeria
  • Preferred Residential Areas: Shomolu, Surulere, Lagos Mainland/Yaba, Ikeja, Kosofe
  • Job Type: Internship (On-site & Off-site)
  • Compensation: According to industry standards

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the customer support team with daily operational tasks.
  • Support customer inquiries and help maintain strong client relationships.
  • Conduct research and assist with data analysis for internal projects.
  • Participate in company initiatives and cross-departmental activities.
  • Assist in preparing reports, documents, and presentations.
  • Support field activities and operational tasks when required.
  • Contribute to improving customer experience and service delivery.
  • Perform other administrative and operational tasks as assigned.

Required Skills

Applicants should have a degree in any of the following fields:

  • Marketing
  • Public Administration
  • Other Social Science-related disciplines

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Must be willing to travel.
  • Energetic, proactive, and highly motivated.
