• Collect, clean, organize, and analyze business data.
• Identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and performance drivers.
• Translate raw data into meaningful business insights.

• Support stakeholders with ad hoc analysis and recurring reporting needs.
• Write, maintain, and optimize SQL queries.

• Monitor and improve data accuracy.
• Identify missing, duplicated, or inconsistent information.
• Validate reporting outputs against source data.
• Improve processes that support reliable reporting.
• Maintain organized documentation around reporting and data workflows.
• Work with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.
• Translate business questions into analytical requirements.
• Present findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Explain trends, metrics, and recommendations in practical business terms.
• Collaborate across teams to improve data accessibility and reporting.

• 2+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, or a related role.
• Strong hands-on SQL skills.
• Experience with Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Experience using at least one BI or visualization platform such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with databases and data warehouses.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to identify patterns and insights within complex datasets.
• Strong attention to data accuracy and reporting reliability.
• Ability to communicate technical findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Professional working English.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Experience with Python for data analysis or automation is a plus.
• Experience building or maintaining data pipelines is a plus.
• Experience integrating data from multiple systems is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud-based databases or data warehouses is a plus.
• Experience automating recurring reporting workflows is a plus.
• Experience with data modeling and reporting architecture is a plus.
• Experience supporting business intelligence or executive reporting is a plus.
