• Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability
• Interpret data and present findings in a clear and concise manner
• Assist in policy briefs, proposals, op-eds, and research reports
• Prepare presentations, datasets, and Excel-based analysis

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Statistics, or related field
• 0–2 years of relevant experience
• Strong skills in quantitative and qualitative research
• Interest in development sectors (gender, MSMEs, labour, infrastructure, public policy)
