Our client in the Fintech industry is seeking to recruit a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support their organization's data initiatives by collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and interpreting data to generate actionable insights. The successful candidate will work closely with multiple teams to support business decisions, develop dashboards, and ensure data accuracy and compliance. This is a fully onsite position based in Lagos, Nigeria.

· Collect, clean, and analyze datasets to ensure data accuracy and consistency
· Prepare reports and dashboards to support business and operational decision-making
· Collaborate with internal teams to understand data requirements and deliver insights
· Conduct data quality checks and resolve inconsistencies in datasets
· Develop and maintain dashboards for real-time monitoring
· Support regulatory reporting requirements for CBN and SEC
· Assist in data migration, integration, and analytics projects
· Provide ad-hoc data analysis to support strategic initiatives

· HND/Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
· Experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
· Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights
