• Collect, clean, validate, and analyse data from multiple business sources.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on sales and operations.
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards.
• Monitor performance across regions, states, Team Leads, and DSRs.
• Provide actionable insights to improve productivity and profitability.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency.
• Collaborate with HR, Sales, Operations, Finance, and other stakeholders.
• Present findings in a clear and understandable manner.
• Support management with data-driven decision-making.

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, Reporting, or a related role.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar BI tools.
• SQL and database management.
• Data visualisation and dashboard development.
• Data cleaning, validation, and transformation.
• Statistical analysis and forecasting.
• Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
