• Collect, clean, preprocess, and integrate data from structured and unstructured sources using Python and SQL.
• Conduct statistical analyses, hypothesis testing, and quantitative research using SPSS and Excel.
• Build, maintain, and automate interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to monitor KPIs and business metrics.
• Use Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib/Seaborn, Scikit-Learn) for predictive modeling and exploratory data analysis.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define key metrics and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Translate technical findings into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders and management.

• Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 1 year experience.
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Pivot Tables, Power Query, data modeling).
• Strong SPSS experience (regression, ANOVA, factor analysis, research data processing).
• Proven Power BI skills (DAX, dashboard design, scheduled refresh).
• Proficiency in Python for data manipulation, statistical analysis, and scripting.
• Fundamental SQL knowledge for database querying.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
