Key Responsibilities

  • Collate end-user data from all locations daily.
  • Publish daily fuel corporate report for management information for all locations.
  • Prepare monthly stock report for all receipt, issues for management information.
  • Prepare weekly fuel Business continuity plan presentation for management meetings.
  • Analyse fuel budget and spend using the monthly transaction listing download.
  • Facilitate bi-weekly cadence meetings for supply base manager.
  • Analyse monthly fuel budget performance using data from the planning team.
  • Perform planner role for fuels team and supply base – scheduled maintenance activities roll out on SAP.
  • Perform document controller activities and act as focal point for all MFE/ERP/GE/MBA actions driving to closure.
  • Prepare monthly charge back to customers account for all issued within the month.
  • Support the implementation of fuel improvement initiatives.
  • Carry out HSE capability assessments for AGO vendors.
  • Carry out Government Intermediary memo reviews for AGO vendors.

Required Skills

  • OND/HND/BSc. in any discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in data analysis or planning.
  • Key Competencies: Data Analysis & Reporting, SAP Proficiency, Excel & PowerPoint, Planning & Scheduling, Stakeholder Management, Document Control.
