We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Data Centre First Line Monitoring Support professional to join our team. The role involves real-time monitoring of ICT, network, and system infrastructure, first-level incident response, troubleshooting, and escalation to ensure maximum system uptime and service reliability.

• Monitor servers, networks, and critical infrastructure in real time
• Respond to alerts, troubleshoot issues, and resolve first-level incidents
• Log incidents accurately using tools like ServiceNow
• Escalate complex issues to second-line teams following SLA standards
• Provide timely updates to stakeholders and maintain clear communication
• Identify trends, recurring alerts, and potential risks for proactive action
• Prepare routine operational and performance reports.

• OND / HND / B.Sc in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
• Basic knowledge of networking, servers, and monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix, SolarWinds, Nagios)
• Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) is an advantage
• Willingness to work 24/7 shift rotations
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
