Rack Centre Academy is a training program designed to develop the next generation of engineers who will power and protect critical infrastructure, with a focus on data centre operations.

• Work alongside experienced engineers in a live operational environment
• Solve real operational challenges
• Build technical and behavioral capabilities required to succeed in a 24/7 environment
• Gain exposure to power systems (generators, UPS, electrical distribution)

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field
• Minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) or Upper Credit
• Must have graduated within the last 0 to 3 years
• Technically grounded with understanding of engineering fundamentals
• Analytical and curious with problem-solving skills
• Disciplined and detail-oriented with ability to follow processes and standards
• Resilient and adaptable, willing to work in a shift-based environment
• Hands-on and eager to learn, preferring practical work over purely theoretical tasks
• Reliable and accountable with ownership mindset
