ICS Outsourcing Nigeria Limited is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Officer to join our client’s team. The Data Entry Officer is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining company data in digital and manual records. The role ensures proper organization of information to support smooth business operations and 
reporting.

ICS outsourcing Nigerian Limited is a fast growing manufacturing company based in Lagos.

1. Enter and update data into computer systems and databases accurately.
2. Verify, review, and correct data for errors or inconsistencies.
3. Organize and maintain electronic and physical records.
4. Prepare basic reports using Excel or company software.
5. Compile, sort, and check documents for accuracy before data entry.
6. Assist with record retrieval when required by management.
7. Maintain data confidentiality and integrity at all times.

1. Minimum of OND in Business Administration, Office Technology, or related field.
2. 1–3 years experience in data entry or administrative roles.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic computer applications.
4. Good typing speed and accuracy.
5. Ability to work with minimal supervision.
6. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
