• Support data entry, updates, and troubleshooting of data-related issues.
• Respond to client inquiries via email and phone.
• Coordinate meetings and document meeting minutes.
• Disseminate monthly Power BI reports to clients.
• Maintain and update training certificates on accredited portals.
• Collaborate with DB/IT teams to ensure accurate data flow between systems.
• Resolve technical issues while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Assist help desk personnel when required.
• Build and maintain a knowledge base of FAQs and standard solutions requirements.

• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in IT support, systems, or database administration.
• Professional certifications such as OCA, ITILv4, or Power BI are an added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• User support experience.
• ITIL knowledge.
• Customer support experience.
• Strong organizational and teamwork skills.
