Job Description

This role exists to ensure all delivery and inventory records are recorded accurately, cleaned properly, and updated on time, so REDA Logistics can operate smoothly and respond to clients instantly with confidence. When records are clean, operations flow. When records are messy, everything breaks. Your work directly affects client trust, speed of issue resolution, internal decision-making, and overall operational efficiency.

  • Job Location: Remote (Lagos, Nigeria)
  • Salary: ₦120,000 – ₦150,000 per month
  • Employment Type: Full-time (Monday–Saturday) + 2–3 hours on Sunday for inventory reconciliation

Key Responsibilities

  • Record daily delivery data accurately on Google Sheets
  • Maintain and update inventory records for warehoused products
  • Clean raw data (names, areas, products, quantities, amounts, etc.)
  • Ensure consistency in formatting, naming, and structure across all sheets
  • Retrieve and share records quickly when clients or internal teams request them
  • Spot errors, gaps, or inefficiencies in records — and fix them
  • Suggest improvements to existing sheets or workflows when possible

Required Skills

  • Strong working knowledge of Google Sheets (data entry, data cleaning, sorting, filtering, and organising records)
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented
  • Reliable and consistent — shows up every single day
  • Mentally sharp and able to retrieve information quickly
  • Hungry to work and takes responsibility seriously
  • Comfortable with a fast-moving logistics environment where things do not "pause"
  • Prior experience in operations, logistics, data admin, or inventory tracking is a plus
  • A midlevel candidate is preferred, but a sharp junior candidate with the right mindset can grow into this role
