• Identify anomalies, patterns, and inconsistencies in data across banking and lending operations.
• Validate customer, loan, and transaction data for accuracy and completeness.
• Investigate data issues and reconcile discrepancies using SQL and Excel.

• 1–4 years of experience in data quality, data analysis, data governance, or operational quality within banking, fintech, or digital lending.
• Experience validating customer, loan, or transaction data.
• Strong SQL and Excel skills, with the ability to investigate data issues and reconcile discrepancies.
• Understanding of banking or lending operations, regulatory reporting, and data governance principles.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Passionate about turning accurate data into trusted business decisions.
