• Monitor and track truck and driver activities using specialized tracking systems
• Analyze tracking data and generate reports to enhance fleet efficiency and utilization
• Coordinate the activities of Data Tracking Operators effectively
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot vehicle tracking devices
• Identify, escalate, and follow up on driver violations to ensure appropriate resolution and compliance
• Monitor tracking service accounts and liaise with network service providers when necessary
• Manage and maintain tracking facilities and equipment
• Monitor the validity of truck operating documents and advise on timely renewals, including licenses, hackney permits, and related certifications
• Prepare accurate and timely tracking reports for management decision-making
• Support initiatives aimed at reducing accidents and improving truck turnaround time (TAT)

• HND or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline
• Minimum of two years' experience in Data Tracking, Fleet Monitoring, Transportation Operations, or a related role
• Experience using GPS tracking and fleet management systems is required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in reporting
• Ability to monitor and interpret tracking data effectively
• Good organizational and coordination skills
• Professional certifications in Logistics, Fleet Management, Transportation, Data Analytics, or related fields are an added advantage
